the location was indeed central (a major plus). i appreciated the short walk to reduced-rate parking. the reception staff were friendly. the hotel seemed clean and quiet.
the air conditioning was not functional . i found this disappointing, as it made the room uncomfortably warm. it impacted my overall experience.

the front desk staff demonstrates fluency in english. they are very helpful with directions and recommendations. the staff are very involved, tending to help and give advice (i found it very satisfying).

I really appreciate the location right opposite the train station. it made arrival and departure super easy for me. i left my luggage after checkout. This was a big help since my train was later. the breakfast had good choices. I found enough to start my day well.
it felt a bit cramped when i had my luggage with me.
